Yes, you can compare two BaZi charts from birth dates alone. This calculator keeps the date-based Day Masters and Spouse Palaces, and excludes unresolved Hour Pillars instead of presenting a guessed time as fact.

What the result can compare
Day Masters
The Day Stems show the core Five Element relationship between the two entered dates, including productive, shared, and controlling cycles.
Spouse Palaces
The Day Branches are compared for Six Harmony, Six Clash, shared branch rhythm, and other relationship patterns.
Three-pillar balance
The provisional element layer uses Year, Month, and Day pillars only. It does not count an internally generated Hour Pillar when the real time is unknown.

What remains provisional
A missing time means the Hour Stem and Hour Branch are unknown. They can change the element mix and add chart interactions, so the overall score is labeled provisional until both accurate times are supplied.
Time can also affect a date-based pillar near a boundary. Births close to midnight may use a different Day Pillar, while births on a solar-term transition date may use a different Month Pillar. Add the known time when either situation may apply.
Do not invent noon or midnight as the person's birth time. The calculator may use a midday anchor internally, but the resulting Hour Pillar is excluded and never presented as known.
