Reading or delivery issue?
Send the private reading link and the email used for delivery or purchase. Do not send full birth details unless we specifically ask for them while diagnosing the issue.
Payment question?
Include the Gumroad receipt ID and purchase email. Never send a full card number, card security code, or banking password by email.
Privacy or data request?
State whether you want access, correction, or deletion and include the email tied to the reading. We may ask for limited information to verify the request.
