BaZi Reading provides personalized Chinese astrology readings based on the Four Pillars of Destiny system. Our service generates readings using your birth date and time to produce insights about personality, career, relationships, and life timing.

All readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

3. Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and premium readings. Free readings include a basic Four Pillars chart and personality overview. Premium readings, available for a one-time fee or subscription, include extended analysis covering career, relationships, health, and forecasts.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price. Since readings are digital products delivered immediately, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your reading, please contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate birth data for your reading to be meaningful.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on eightfates.me, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by BaZi Reading and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading. BaZi readings are interpretive and subjective by nature.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaZi Reading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific reading giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
